How do I find the right product for my skin?

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes – all our products are developed with the needs of sensitive skin

in mind. However, we recommend conducting a patch test before

the first application.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Please consult your midwife or doctor.

What happens if I have a reaction to the product?

If your skin shows strong redness, burning, or itching after the patch

test, stop using the product immediately.

How long are your products shelf-stable?

The expiration date can be found on each package. After opening,

please refer to the symbol with the open jar (e.g., 9M = 9 months

shelf life)

Where do your products come from?

We exclusively offer certified, original cosmeceuticals from Italy.

Can I return products?

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days.

HOW. Opened or used cosmetics are excluded from exchange according to German withdrawal law (§ 312g BGB).

Do you offer samples or trial sizes?

Yes! Depending on stock, we include free samples with every order over 150 euros. We also sometimes offer trial sizes in our shop.

How fast is shipping?

Within Germany, we ship with GLS in 3–5 business days. Deliveries to other EU countries take about 5–7 business days. You will receive automatic notifications from the courier (via SMS or email) with tracking details. If you miss them, please contact our customer service by email.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or change orders. You must wait until you receive the package and then return it to us.

How do I return an order?

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not thecarrier, took possession of the last item.As soon as we receive the goods back at our warehouse and check the integrity of the packaging, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges, without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for the refund.The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.You can only return items purchased onSkintellectual-shop.de.
